Your ideas are great, but you're not the only one!
The Home Page is full of information on ideas. The most obvious place to start is the Exciting Ideas box.

The Exciting Ideas area will help connect you to the most active, highest rated, and most recent ideas across Brainstorm. The By Interests tab will connect you with the ideas most relevant to your interests. If Brainstorm doesn't know what your interests are, it will ask you to click the Update Your Interests button. Once you click the Update Your Interests button, type in words or phrases that describe your interests. Some examples of interests are: "innovation," "new ideas," "clean energy," "marketing," "graphic design" and so on. Hit Submit and Brainstorm will display the top ideas that match your interests. Click the title of an idea and let the discovery begin!
It's almost too obvious. To get to the Ideas Page, click Ideas in the navigation bar at the top of any Brainstorm page. On the Ideas Page, you'll find a section called Top Ideas. This section will show you the top ten most active or highest rated ideas. Ideas become "active" by having people visit, comment, or add information to them.

A little lower on the page you'll find a section called Browse All Ideas. This grid allows you to quickly look through all ideas in Brainstorm. Clicking on any column header will allow you to sort the grid by that column. So, if you want to see the most active ideas in Brainstorm, click the Activity Score column.

If looking at all the ideas in Brainstorm sounds a bit overwhelming, you can use the two dropdown filters. These filters are customized by each organization that uses Brainstorm, but most frequently will represent idea status and organization area. This will allow you to filter down to just the ideas that are "preparing for release" in the "marketing" group for example.
If you've got an idea of what you're looking for, Search is your best bet. In the upper right side of any Brainstorm page is the Quick Search box. Enter your search terms, hit enter or click Search, and you'll be taken to the Search Results Page.

The Search Results Page will show you ideas that match your search terms based on the ideas' profiles or their tags (What are tags?). You'll also get matches for people that may be skilled or interested in your search terms as well as documents and links that may be relevant.
