Ideas come into Brainstorm related to all parts of your organization.  But area leaders need to focus on ideas related to their own area, unit, or product line.

Pipelines help area leaders:

  • Collect ideas related to a specific topic
  • Prioritize those ideas using custom evaluation criteria
  • Improve those ideas by engaging with idea teams
  • Orchestrate action to test and deploy the most promising ideas

And because they provide transparency into the idea decision-making process, Pipelines also benefit idea submitters (and senior leaders, and the entire innovation community).

Pipelines help idea submitters:

  • Connect ideas to leaders with resources
  • Understand where an idea fits into larger business plans
  • Get feedback from business experts
