To see the ratings of individual pipeline team members,click the word "show"next to the rating of interest.  Photos of each person who has rated the idea will show up next to the rating they gave.  If you don't recognize the person in the photo, hover your mouse over it and their name will appear.

To remind yourself what the various (1-5) ratings mean, hover over the small boxes and they text description of that rating will appear.

You can see these ratings either from the pipeline page or from the idea page (in the pipelines section on that idea page), but you can only see the ratings if they have been made public by the pipeline team, or if you are on the pipeline team.
