Promoting Your Challenge

Now that you’ve got your challenge set up the way you desire, it’s time to collect some submissions.  While Brainstorm does make the challenge discoverable through search, the activity feed, and activity notifications, that may not generate the visibility you’ll need.  One action we strongly recommend is “Sharing” your challenge.

Sharing your challenge

  • In the “Snapshot” area on the right side, click the yellow “Share” button

  • In the “Choose people” field, start typing in the names of colleagues you wish to tell about your challenge.

  • Click “Send” (an email will be sent with your message and a link back to the challenge)

Note: If you’d like to promote the challenge through your organization’s email distribution lists, copy the link just below the share area and paste it into your email program.  It’s a simple and effective way to promote your challenge to a large audience.
